Who we are
This website is operated by A.M Paterson and G.A Phipps, trading as Southside Tattoo, ABN 41 367 674 685, at 155 Tongarra Rd, Albion Park NSW 2527. You can contact us about anything on this page through the form on the Book in page, or by phone on (02) 4257 8288.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry through this site we receive what you type into the form: your name, an email address, a phone number if you give one, and your message. We also record the time the enquiry was sent, the page you sent it from, and the general source that brought you to the site (for example a Google search or a link from Instagram). This helps us understand which pages people are finding useful.
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which looks at how the form was interacted with to tell people from automated spam. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that check.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us through this website, any health information. If there is something medical your artist needs to know before tattooing you, tell them in person at the consultation.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a booking.
- To keep a record of what was discussed if you become a customer.
- To see, in aggregate, which parts of the site are working.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
How we store it
Enquiries are delivered to the studio’s email and are also kept in a secure enquiry archive attached to this website so that nothing is lost if an email goes astray. Notification emails are sent through SendGrid, whose privacy policy applies while a message is in transit. Records are kept for as long as they are useful for running the studio and may be retained for up to seven years.
Analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and understand how the site is used. These tools may set cookies. We do not use the data to identify individual visitors.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring the shop or send a message through the site and we will deal with it.
